Helping you to do what you love and love what you do
About me
I am a calm, friendly and patient coach, with over 30 years experience of helping people to achieve their personal and professional goals.
I particularly like working with people who are at a crossroads in their life wishing to plan a new direction. I enjoy helping people to increase their confidence, develop their career, establish a good work life balance. I am equally interested in helping people to improve their overall health and wellbeing.
If you are at a stage in your life where you are thinking about making changes but do not know where to begin I can help you.
