About me

I am a calm, methodical and patient coach; I particularly like working with people who are at a crossroads in their life wishing to plan a new direction, discover or regain a sense of who they really are, or who they would like to be. I am equally interested in helping people to increase their confidence, develop a new career/project, establish a good work/life balance or plan an active, connected retirement.

If you are at a stage in your life where you are thinking about making changes but do not know where to begin I can help you.

I offer individual and workplace coaching for teams and individuals.

For approximately 30 years I have worked within a variety of health and social care settings including the NHS, the voluntary sector and a local authority. During this time, I have managed and developed services and teams, assisted with major projects, staff and public consultation, organisational re structure, policy development and the attainment of accreditation i.e. Investors in People.

I have taught and lead programmes in adult education and coached many individuals to achieve their personal and professional goals.
